This information is provided in relation to the personal and sensitive data that Hubtec srl, with registered office at Via Garbini, 15 Verona, acquires in the performance of the consulting activities and services provided to it.

The processing involves the collection and cataloguing of a series of information that may also involve particular categories of data, namely, so-called "sensitive" data that reveal financial aspects, economic and tax parameters, habits and other information relating to the personal sphere.

2. the company has availed itself of the right to appoint Hubtec srl as external data controller.

3. The data you provide through interviews and/or by filling out forms, modules, etc., will be processed for purposes strictly related to the services mentioned above.

4. The data may be entrusted to partners/operators for the exclusive performance of activities related to the services provided or for their processing and/or for the preparation of analytical reports; the data in question will not be disclosed. Any further communication or dissemination not intended for the purposes stated above may only occur with your express consent.

5. The processing will be carried out using computerized methods for issuing documentation, and paper-based methods for any necessary presentation of findings. Automatic profiling is not envisaged.

Data transfer to third countries is not foreseen.

6. Providing your data is optional, but necessary to provide the services you request; any refusal to provide it will prevent us from collecting your data and providing the services for which they are intended.

7. The data is retained for the entire period necessary to achieve the project's objectives, and the summaries remain archived in the data controller's archives for the years necessary to ensure legal retention.

8. You may contact the Data Controller to exercise your rights. Legislative Decree 196/03 and the GDPR grant the interested party the right to exercise specific rights, including the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed, information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of data, the recipients, the categories of recipients, particularly if in third countries, the data retention period envisaged by the processing, and the right to rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), objection to or restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
